So you wanted to know more about WINE but didn't know where to go..................
We run one of the most enjoyable Wine Course seminars which lasts for the whole day and gives you not only the knowledge that you are looking for but is hands on with tastings and instruction from people who are passionate about the grape. Fun and Informative providing an excellent overview of the grape varieties, imparting knowledge which will introduce you to new and exciting styles. Tutors will cover all aspects of the Grapes, Production, Famous Regions, Ageing, Food Matching, Storage and many more aspects.
The setting is an Olde Worlde Coaching Inn with a wealth of beams and open log fires. The seminar takes the whole day from 9.30am until 4.30pm. You are surrounded by Wines and wine memorabilia and the course takes a hands on approach with tastings and instruction covering the whole field of Wine Making from around the globe. Expert tuition professionally presented with ease to absorb the fascinating knowledge and facts offered in abundance.
Coffee and Tea as light refreshments throughout the day and a Special Working Lunch to compliment the Wine side is provided by our resident Head Chef.
The course is available to individuals or groups and needs to be pre booked in advance at a cost of £99.00p (+ vat) per delegate with nothing else to pay throughout the days course.
Numbers are strictly limited and whilst the main course offers a tremendous amount of knowledge for both the basic and limited knowledge by each delegate about wine, we also offer specific courses for Corporate Entertaining or the more advanced and specialist
